Vinyl has the highest heat threshold, but cannot be used with Sheer Jersey or Poly Cotton Fleece. The pressure time for Retail Jersey is 15 seconds while for Triblend it is 8-10 seconds.

For adding a matte look, use dulling powder. Then you can get a more nuanced palette that achieves gestalt. Puff additives can create a raised print if you want to add a textured look to the finished design. Elongation Plastisol will increase your design’s stretching threshold.

Always machine wash warm and turn the clothes inside out. This step will preserve the designs that you print. Use a medium iron only to remove wrinkles and not to add any additional decorations as opposed to a vinyl print. Tumble dry low, and only use non-chlorine bleach. Avoid dry-cleaning.
