How to use Subli-Inkjet PU.

As we informed you, it is an innovative printable media that are compatible with both Subli ink and Inkjet ink (Dye ink).

Depending on the color and the ink type, transfer methods and heat press conditions vary.

To get the best result, please refer to the below transfer options and apply them to your tests.

Option 1 for White and Transparent color

Print and cut directly on the film. Do not reverse the design.
Weed out the excess film.
Use a Dae Ha Application Tape for a multiple-piece design.
Choose the press conditions from the below table depending on the film color and the ink type.

Peel the Application Tape when it is cool.

Please be careful when you use Application Tape on the Transparent type because it is quite thin.

Option 2 Transparent

Print your text or designs in reverse and cut.
Weed out the excess film.
Put the printed side on the garment without removing the PET liner.

Hotmelt will pass through the skin and stick to the garment when heat pressed.

Choose the press conditions from the below table depending on the ink type.

Peel the PET liner when it is cool.

The Subli-Inkjet PU itself will adhere to the garment on 155℃~ 160℃

But a higher temperature is recommended if the designs are printed with Subli Ink in order to make the designs more vivid and vibrant.

If you print the design with an inkjet printer, 155 ~ 160 is enough as a higher temperature would not affect the vibrance of the designs.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
